    I’m really interested in ur programme I’ve 4-5 stone to lose. What dates and times will u b at route to fitness in ballymoney. Just I’ve two very young children (2 and 11weeks). So it’ll b getting childcare sorted. Also what’s the cost for ur programme?? Xo

    • Hi Sara Jane! Lovely to hear from you 🙂 Ballymoney dates and times are as follows : Thursday mornings 10.30am – 12.30pm. Block 1 : 7th Feb, 14th Feb, 21st Feb Block 2 : 7th March, 14th March and 21st March. If it is easier for you to make weekends, I am running a 2-day “bootcamp” (not a bootcamp at all!) in Portrush on 19th/20th Jan.
