Is physical activity involved?
The physical element of the programme gets you to learn what it’s like to really be in your body and to start to pay attention to what it’s telling you. Not only will you get the chance to have real fun while you’re exercising but you’ll also learn how easy it can be to keep motivated. No previous experience or training is required but you will be asked to complete a PAR-Q form prior to starting the programme (this is a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) . Based on the PAR-Q, you may be asked to consult your doctor before starting the programme.
I’m a highly experienced personal trainer and I’ll help you to explore the world of exercise in a fun way : you’ll learn how to connect with your own “inner personal trainer”, you’ll learn how your mind and body really can work as a team and a few handy dance moves too!
(Most people really enjoy the physical activity ~ even if they haven’t enjoyed positive experiences of exercise before they came along).
Is this a diet?
Absolutely not. In fact, this is about freeing yourself from the dieting mentality completely! (You might want to read the “About The Bootcamp”page for the complete low down on the approach).
Is this for me?
You really shouldn’t consider signing up for this programme if you feel you ought to be a healthy weight. You really shouldn’t consider signing up for this programme if you don’t feel ready to make changes. You certainly shouldn’t consider signing up for this programme if you are doing it for anyone other than yourself.
You should only sign up for Thigh-Boot Camp if you want to change, if you feel ready to lose weight and change the way you feel about yourself and if you’re prepared to take action .If you have decided that the time is right for you, we’d love to have you join the experience! Belly-tightening fun is included in the price and you can keep all the change!
